Refund policy
Last updated October 2, 2026. Which refunds are ours to give, and which belong to the business that billed you.
What changed: Spelled out what happens when you cancel a paid plan, when a trial ends, and for part of a month.
If you paid somebody through a PayBrisk bill
Your payment went straight to the business that sent you the bill, by whatever method you used to pay them. PayBrisk never received it, so we cannot refund it. Ask the business for a refund; their name is at the top of the bill and on your receipt. They refund you through the app you paid with, or in cash.
If they will not help, the app or card you paid with may be able to open a dispute under its own rules. If you think a bill was fraudulent, tell us at support@paybrisk.app as well, so we can look at the account that sent it.
If you sell with PayBrisk
Refunds to your customers are yours to give, the same way you were paid, because the money went straight to you. PayBrisk is free, so there is nothing of ours to refund.
If you paid for Pro
PayBrisk no longer sells a paid plan. If you were charged for Pro after it became free, write to support@paybrisk.app and we will cancel it and refund that charge in full. We reply within one business day.
Where the law where you live gives you a stronger right to a refund than this policy does, that right applies.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@paybrisk.app from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge and what went wrong. We reply within one business day. An agreed refund goes back to the card you paid with, and usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Getting in touch
Refund questions about PayBrisk itself go to Ezekiel Madrigal at support@paybrisk.app, or through the contact page. The full agreement is in our terms of service.
